(A red background indicates the property

booked and not available on those dates).
Prices
are inclusive of all electricity and heating in high season.
In low season a heating supplement of £20 per week is required.
Duvets and bed linen are provided however guests should bring
their own beach and bath towels. Bookings usually start and
finish on a Saturday with admittance to the property from 3pm
and vacation of the property by 10am on departure day.

weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Provisional
bookings are held for 7 days pending the receipt of the 25%
deposit and booking form. All payments are non-refundable.
